I’ve always been a tech geek at heart. Growing up in Mountain View, CA—the home of Google—I found solace in video games and America Online chat rooms as an awkward kid who often felt misunderstood. Little did I know that this early love for technology would shape my future career.

My parents’ travel agency sparked my passion for global experiences, leading me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii. During my studies, I discovered a new love: customer service in fine dining. This unexpected detour set the stage for my future business philosophy. After graduation, I joined Hyatt, quickly rising through the ranks and earning the title of Manager of the Year. However, the corporate world’s focus on profits over people left me disillusioned. Burning out, I made a pivotal decision to join my father’s telecommunications company, vowing to be an advocate for both my team and customers.

Keeping that promise, I eventually took the reins as CEO. Today, our company is a leader in communications and industrial automation, serving Federal and State Government projects with over $2 million in annual sales. Throughout this journey, I’ve been fortunate to share my life with my high school sweetheart, now my wife, and our four wonderful children.

Driven by the desire to balance family time with exceptional customer service, I developed Tacci Bots—an automated solution that allows me to be present for my loved ones while ensuring our customers receive immediate attention. This innovation embodies my business philosophy: when you prioritize people and make them feel truly seen, you create loyal, raving fans.
