I’m Paul Tacci.
In our family telecommunications business, I’ve been responsible for millions in revenue and kept every staff member employed through the COVID lockdowns. Through Tacci Bots, I build and support solutions, automations, and systems that businesses use to get work done.
The goal comes first; then we choose the tools that fit. That might mean a website, connected apps, a no-code setup, custom code, or an AI-powered workflow.

The reason behind the work
Family comes first.
My family is my why—the reason behind everything I do. My wife has supported me every step of the way, and that support has made so much possible.
One way I measure my success is by how well the people around me are doing. When we work together, we’re on the same team. I want you to win, and I’m invested in helping you get there—including through the difficult parts. I enjoy seeing people succeed and knowing I’ve contributed. That’s what makes the work worthwhile to me.

Supporting someone else’s success
Abbey and I have worked together for years. As she’s taken on more responsibility, we’ve worked through ideas, solved problems, and had some difficult conversations about what the work requires. I care about her success, and that includes being clear about expectations and honest when something needs attention.
She’s gone on to lead client projects that, honestly, she’s handled better than I could have. She’s also built a business of her own. Those are her achievements, and I’m proud to have supported her along the way.
Understanding the family business
When I started working with my dad, I wanted to understand the family business and how everything worked before adjusting anything. Things that worked didn’t need fixing. I wanted to understand what a change would improve, and what it might disrupt, before deciding it was worth making.

Outside my businesses, I’ve been involved in school and parent organizations. Education matters to me, especially helping children build strong reading skills and gain access to educational opportunities.
I also value the conversations that happen when people with different experiences come together. Artists, musicians, and people working in entirely different fields can bring something I wouldn’t have thought to look for. I want to leave room for those connections, too.
